Q. What is the length of your presentation?
A. 45-minutes with 15-minutes for Q & A, but this can be adjusted to your needs.

Q. How much lead time is required for a booking?
A. Rick will need to adequately prepare for your organization’s specific needs. This involves research, interviews and an assessment of your goals. Two months lead time is generally adequate.

Q. Are you available for expanded seminars?
A. Half & full day sessions or additional consultation can be arranged.

Q. Do you need a computer projector and other equipment?
A. Yes, my talks are from my laptop and are embellished with colorful images. I can bring one if needed. Include a power strip, a small table, a microphone and water. I arrive very early to set up and meet attendees.

Q. Will we being signing a contract for your appearance?
A. Not for Enrichment Presentations within 80 miles of San Jose. Yes, for Keynote talks with much larger audiences and a longer involvement. Those outside the area, normal expenses are expected. These include transportation (economy air if flying), “C” class rental car and meals.

Q. How do we pay you?
A. I will invoice you for the event with standard terms. For large appearances, a deposit will be required.
